'The Tar Baby and Projective Identification' 17k
This note is designed to deliver the coup de grace to anyone who thinks (as many Americans seem to) that projective identification requires that there be a change in the internal word of the other for a projective identification to be in place. It occurred to me while watching the atrocious version of Harris' wonderful story in Disney's 'Song of the South'. I went back to the original text and feel better now. 1996.
