Grief
After-Loss Counseling Associates After-Loss Associates specializes in loss and bereavement counseling to individuals,
agencies (such as Employee Assistance Programs) and groups. Our current interest is in
dealing with grief in the workplace. We are at work on researching this, with the working
title of our article being "Grief at Work". Anyone with related resources to our
areas of interest, or who would like to be on our mailing list, is welcome to contact us.
We are also available to travel to present on loss and bereavement, particularly to
interested workplaces, colleges, and community agencies. Bereavement and Hospice Support Netline We hope that this on-line directory of bereavement support groups and
services and hospice bereavement programs from across the United States will provide you
with information to help you or others you care about find appropriate help and support in
coping with issues of loss and grief. A simple page dealing with US groups. A thorough resource co-ordinated by peeople who aim to make a difference
- be sure to brwose here. TCF is a self-help organization for bereaved parents and siblings. There
are presently hundreds of chapters world-wide. Local chapters meet to share experiences
and offer support to those going through the grief process. A chapter meeting is a safe
place to talk about the trauma following the death of a child. Many chapters have separate
meetings for surviving siblings. In addition to meetings most chapters sponsor a periodic
newsletter. This provides a source of expression and sharing for those not able to attend
